Now that we have T14 Elements, matching Affinity is mostly irrelevant. Gear choice is generally much easier than it used to be. Read our “ Min-Maxing Gear Guide” guide for how to prioritize your items. Newly added premium items will be small upgrades over what’s seen here. Please use the Simulator to check for yourself if you have a unique case that needs to be accounted for, or if you want to see if a newly added item is better than what is listed for your class below.

These equipment sets will be strong in the majority of situations, however you may find slightly better results with your heroes using slightly different gear and / or spirits. The easy example is weapons - do NOT blindly follow these if your hero has a weapon skill that is not compatible with this set (see the mini-guide). You may value slightly different stat thresholds or need / want to use cheaper / budget alternatives of the items listed here. These are fine choices of course, but will require testing of your own.

Also note that the equipment loadouts listed on this page were designed assuming the hero is promoted. Certain classes gain access to new equipment options when promoted that allow for a superior equipment setup than their unpromoted counterparts. If your hero is NOT promoted, the gear set will be similar but you may need to make some substitutions. We will not be providing these alternatives here unless it’s a major variation.
